Professional Staff & Easy In and Out - No hassle! Bought a Mercedes S550, Alex (Owner/Manager) not only knew everything about the vehicle, but extremely professional, got me in/out and did not back-end the deal during the closing cost….for someone like myself, with no time on my hands and determined to get what i want, this dealership not only got me in and out, answered every question, did not bad mouth any other dealerships (as most do!) and provide quality vehicles. Any issues, they cover their vehicles and i feel confident i bought best car for my buck. Do Not let these other used car dealerships make you come in, talk you in to how they have the best with all sort of different sad stories, they basically price competitively with other online advertising, make you come in and back end the deal with bogus fee's, like $800 tint fee, gap insurance, etc…. Thanks Platinum, Great experience!

very nice staff I bought a maserati from them and they were great they knew exactly what to do and when to do it very helpful and very nice they also have very nice cars

Thrilled with my CL I purchased a 2005 M-B CL600 from Platinum and I love it! The overall buying experience was so different. I've bought many new and used cars in my life time and I have to say that this was the best. I called about the CL600 on a Monday and spoke with Alex. Alex gave me a great description of the car, handling and ownership. I made an appointment with Tony to test drive it on Wednesday. I made my offer over the phone on Thursday, and purchased the car on Friday. It was totally NOT the usual used car sales experience. Tony and Alex are both honest and straight forward in their dealings. Great experience!!! Now I must go and enjoy my new ride.

Awesome service! I bought a 2009 mercedes sl550 & the sales man Alex Sarmast made this experience an absolute breeze & pleasure. I'm from ny & purchased this vehicle online. Alex was professional, pleasant & patient on every level of the sale. I was nervous with purchasing a car online out of state but Alex walked me through getting a personal inspection from a person of my choice, helped with the transportation, & helped me expedite the ny registration process. This dealer is one in a million! Highly recommended!

Best Ever I had a very good experience @ Platinum. I bought a BMW 335I and I Love it. :) If you are looking for a very knowledgeable and friendly place to do business with look no further. Alix and his team do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy before you sign the paperwork. not a bad price either. I would recommend to anyone.
