Best Ever I had a very good experience @ Platinum. I bought a BMW 335I and I Love it. :) If you are looking for a very knowledgeable and friendly place to do business with look no further. Alix and his team do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy before you sign the paperwork. not a bad price either. I would recommend to anyone.

I spoke Alex (co-owner) numerous times and he did make the effort to research financing for me . Their ad online suggests they work with people with credit challenges (as I am "credit challenged"). However, after arriving on the BUS (I traveled from Long Beach to Redondo Beach) to see and check out the 2002 Lexus SC430 (egyptian sand pearl w/ camel) I met Alex & his co- owner Tony (both were helpful at the time, but I don't believe they thought I was seriously interested, but I absolutely loved it! I told him that day (Sat) I would have financing or have it purchased by Monday. I called and left a message with Miguel on Sunday morning to have Alex call me because Alex wasn't in yet BUT Alex sold it that same Sunday afternoon!! I really would have appreciated a phone call BEFORE he sold it :( ...Debra P.

I was shocked to read the bad review on this dealer.. This dealer was recommended to me by a good friend. I went in looking for a Range Rover they had a great selection. This is a small business only a few ppl work there, so the attention they give you is great! they treated my family and i as if we were their own. I was confused on some of the options i wanted on the Rover but they were very descriptive and so helpful! anyway i will be back there and recommend everyone i know there. I am very happy with my vehicle so far as if it was brand new! Thanks to the guys at Platinum Auto Haus!
