Platinum home health has a stellar team of medical professionals who are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They work hard to keep everyone informed about progress so that the patient feels comfortable in the surroundings at all time. Jenny A***** is an excellent nurse and her professionalism shows in her work and care for her patients. Platinum home health is a place to feel comfortable knowing that your parents are being provided for and that is peace of mind.

This was my first time referring older patients to Platinum Health. They were responsive, accountable and professional. I saw improvement with my patients. Also important was the positive feedback I received from the patients referred. I will continue to use them for nursing and other therapies.

They do not do what they say they will do, and do not care how it affects their patients.They no did not show up or call for 2 consecutive wound care appointments this week, and when we complained they told us to go find another home health after promising they would help up get set up with another comapny so we could have the care that day we needed.***************** is VP of Nursing and chose to deny care rather than take accountability for not showing or calling 2 times in a row.
