I had a wonderful experience with Platinum Home Mortgage. They were able to get me qualified into a home within 4 months of a major move from out of State with a new job and were able to walk me through each step of the way. It was 100 times less stressful than I expected the process to go as I had some hurdles to get through. Lucas Schell was phenomenal in helping us with our home mortgage. He took the time to explain all of the details, and he was available whenever we needed him. We started the process on a holiday weekend, so we were surprised to find someone willing to work with us at that time. He often spoke with us in the evenings, since my husband and I were both available then. He is a great communicator, and fun to work with as well. The entire process was a pleasure.
Matt and his team were amazing to work with! We didn't have to worry about a thing with the purchase of our home, and everything was done so efficiently (perfect for a mom on the go!).
