He was there for me through all my questions, from the beginning to the end of my loan! He sent an appraiser over, WHEN I could be home. She was fantastic ! He kept me up to date with Escrow issues and Title issues. I had no worries at all. He made the calls to my insurance company, and made sure the Homeowners Insurance was up to date. Piece of mind.
