If I could give this place a minus star I would. The facility is fine but the management is aweful. Say goodbye to your money because they will take and take. They clearly can't do their job so they will penalize you. Renters beware

We have lived in the apartment complex for about 9 months, and we have had a present stay so far. We have had no issues with other residents. In fact, all residents have been so nice and welcoming. The pool can sometimes get a little murky, but the staff here have been quick to clean up the pool. The complex is very nice compared to other apartments in Brighton for similar pricing.

I love it here. The grounds are really nice compared to anything else in Brighton. There are good amenities and I like having the option of a carport. I can walk to a lot of cool places from here too.

This is a decent apartment, however the parking is an absolute joke I pay 8$ for parking here, and it’s first come first serve there should be at least one spot near my home for my apartment without paying 50-90$. They have 216 apartments here total, and only 182 8$ spots, 168 (roughly) carports/garages. 350 parking options in total regardless of price. There is a standard and minimum requirement for 2 spots per 1/bd, 2.75 per 3/bd. They’re under 82 parking spots if you’re not counting decimals. Maintenance is amazing, so ... read more

If you are looking for a place, DO NOT RENT HERE! They will rope you in with small deposits & trying to charge you for any little thing, once you decide to leave. The front office people are never working, office is closed majority of the time. And if they are they do not help and are very rude. They do not pick up the phone. The pool is never maintained & barely open, if you have a maintenance issue, it won’t be resolved for months & they will walk into you apartment when you are not home(very unprofessional). It’s very di... read more
