lived at these apartments for almost 2 years. And I truly couldn’t wait to get out of them. In 2024 on Mother’s Day, my car was broken into. I found out that a group of people came into the apartment complex and attempted to steal multiple cars. They were able to successfully steal five of them. If I could leave fewer than one star, I would. My daughter and I rented an apartment that was not move-in ready after the previous tenant. It did not have new carpet and had not been cleaned or re-painted. We left the apartment in as good or better condition than when we moved in and provided photos to this effect. After we moved out, Platte View Landing and Mission Rock Residential then attempted to collect over $1,000 in fees related to turning over the apartment for the next tenant. Haven’t even lived here for more than a year and I have already been experiencing multiple issues, everyone in the management office, Especially The MANAGER CANDANCE are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL And INCONSIDERATE , when we first moved in, There was the most Foul odor coming from the fridge The apartment looked like it had never been cleaned before Prior to us moving in, They charge money for reserved parking, but do not honor the parking system, It also takes forever to get The most simplest issues resolved they are extremel... read more
I had a great experience when calling into the office looking for an apartment for my daughter. I received some good information in hopes to get moved in mid April.
I would not recommend this property at all. Property had a pest issue, management and maintenance failed to do their jobs, could barely even communicate information properly. Could be a nice place if there wasn’t 4 dumpsters full of mattresses and couches. Truly not a pleasant experience.
