This company is top notch to deal with. Right from the initial contact with Lori, the office manager, to the installers Matt and Grant. They installed our playset in record time and they were extremely pleasant to deal with. The playset was put up on short notice (granted I was located in the area of their shop) but they made it so that it was a special surprise for my grandchildren visiting on a long weekend. I couldn't be more happy with our custom playset from Play Outdoors Canada. I had a very limited space and very specific requests, and Play Outdoors Canada did everything they could to pack in the fun factor in our small backyard. Really enjoyed my experience with Play Outdoors Canada. We selected a playground structure that is very high quality and was installed incredibly well. Communication was easy and we got our playground ordered and installed quite quickly.
