Went in for my appointment that was set 2 months ago, and they said My appointment isn't until next week. I gave them the appointment card and they said someone made a mistake. On top of that they said My insurance is not part of there network. Why did they not say something when my wife had her work done. Two months of wasted time ! Not Happy!
I was told by Dr Patel I needed 2 crowns which i did not. She also filled the wrong part of one of my teeth and left the cavity. Don't go there and don't let that women touch your mouth. She also did all the work with no assistant. It was a horrible experience. I did get my money back from the mistake but not worth anyone going through this. I have heard the same from others.
Had scheduled an appointment in April for my 85 year old mom, get there and nothing "on the books"! We won't be going back! Most condensing front desk staff I've ever seen.

The dentist office is fair; but I’ll share my experience and you can come to your own conclusion(s). My girlfriend had her 4 wisdom teeth extracted and the prep work (the paperwork and medications before the day of the surgery) went well and was handled very professionally. The day of the extraction, we arrived on time and were greeted pleasantly. My girlfriend was called back to start anesthesia and the surgery.
