Very clean and very nice ! Very clean and quit ,, very close to basically every store imaginable,,, rent is reasonable and worth it here
Friendly If you're looking for an affordable apartment located near anything you might need this is the perfect place. Everyone is very friendly including management. So many shops and grocery stores within walking distance and in a very convenient location. Great place to call home.
STAY AWAY worst experience of my life was living here. overcharged rent that jumped $400 over the span of 3 years. they trap you in a 3 year long lease agreement if your initial lease is for 12 months that they fail to tell you about. nobody answers the phone, email, or text messages but oh boy will they reply if you are late by an hour on rent! this place is INFESTED with bed bugs. and if you want to reach out to them to treat it good luck getting a reply! maintenance is absolutely useless and can't even snake a drain right... read more

Sucks with AYI as the owners If I could give 0 stars I would I miss the old company the new AYI just charge high way robery rent. AYI want it on the first of every month. Me and my mom tried calling them we just get voicemail AYI saying we will call you back they never had call back ever for any problems you shouldn't rent here if your looking for an apartment I miss the old company.
