My wife and I bought our Holt Homes house officially in October 2021. We had originally been slated to close in September 2021 but it was delayed about a month. Pleasant Valley villages has been a great neighborhood so far for our family. It is pretty safe, there are other good respectful people living there, and the police and the rest of the community seem to be responsive. In October of 2021 my wife and I were interested in a Holt home in the Pleasant Valley Villages. When we stopped in we ended up putting a reservation on a lot and were told that the lot we wanted would not be available until a future phase scheduled to be released in January or February 2022. At the end of February we had not received any update so we reached out and were told that its delayed and would now be March or April before our lot was available. we just moved into our new Holt Home. The experience from first meeting our salesman Doug to our final walk through and sign off with Eric was an outstanding experience.
The houses are OK, not my favorite kind of houses because they are all too close together and a little pricey
We were looking to purchase a home but were told there was only about two houses available and two others that could be built. They said they didn’t know when the next phase would be. About two months later there’s a bunch of homes listed. I also saw a great home that was available for sale a week before and when I asked about it, they said it wasn’t available. A week later it was listed for 50 k more. They can take any house off the market and list at anytime to manipulate the situation. The guy wasn’t so helpful either.
