Best Apartments in the city Excellent management and maintenance. Clean and safe. These new buildings have excellent insulation - low heating bills and NO noise from other tenants can be heard. Many available "guest" parking spots which is not the case in many other apartment complexes. Small swimming pool is good for children. The Fitness Center is tiny but you can't have everything. Best Experience Ive ever had :) I moved in to this place when they first opened and absolutely love it. The staff is so helpful with everything I have needed and the apartments are so beautiful! I love that my two dogs are welcome all over the property and dog biscuits are handed out by staff :)
Amazing and beautiful Me and my boyfriend fell in love with the apartments the second we walked through the door! They're spacious and everything is current. We're renting the one bedroom, and management couldn't have been nicer. We're set to move in this week, and it is phenomenal. The balconies are extended, and every time I've called or e-mailed management has helped me and answered all of my questions. We couldn't be happier.
DO NOT MOVE HERE Do not move here!! This place can not keep a manager to save their lives!! The one there now is the worst!!! The rent always goes up and you get nothing more for what you pay!! You would think if they want to keep people they would not keep raising it. They try to give an excuse that the properties around is what they base it off of. I know for a fact that properties in the surrounding area are not any where near this expensive!! Stuff is falling apart and they do not upkeep the property for what we pay.
Poor Managment, Poor Quality I moved into this place in the beginning. I was given the wrong apartment and had to do the initial cleaning of my place. What I was told when I put down my deposit and when I signed my actual lease on fees was totally different. You have to pay to use what they call the clubhouse which will hold about 5-10 people. Poor Managment I feel corporate should get involved and re-train their staff. Website isn't updated to reflect current rent cost or availability. Staff gave me availability and rent cost over the phone but upon visiting the community within 30 minutes of my call, the rent cost increased by $50.00.
