I have gone to Saint Joseph Regional Center most of my life and will continue going there. Yesterday morning was my worst visit. 12-13-24 my wife had a miscarriage at our house around 3:30 in the morning. She looked down and saw our baby’s face. I was able to get her up, dressed, and rushed to the hospital. What we didn’t realize was that the baby came Unattached and was in the toilet. We made it to the hospital and walked into the ER. Wonderful staff. Seen quickly. Doctor and nurses were kind and helpful. Place was clean. Restrooms, TV, kids area, and vending to help make it a better experience when you have to use these types of services. We were there in the middle of the night for about 4.5 hrs. Being able to grab a water and such was nice.
Went to hospital because I tried to kill myself. Like most places they treated me like I was insane. Even though I went in there completely calm and by choice. At first the visit was fine but I had to stay all night up until the next day. I thought I was going home because that’s how the nurses made it out to be. Changing my review to 5 stars because of my visit today. My 2 year old slipped and fell onto the corner of my coffee table, which caused a large laceration in the back of his head. I was crying and very scared. My husband and I rushed over there and were greeted with very friendly staff. All of the nurses, NP's, and doctors were super caring with my son. They played with him, offered him popsicles, and quick to assess the situation. He needed 3 staples, and they didn't mess around! All of them teamed up together and got the ... read more
Staff is always friendly in the ER. They took great care of my kiddos. We have been here twice since moving to the area and they have been the best ER experiences I've had. The staff does go above and beyond for care and comfort. I was shocked to see so many bad reviews for this location. It's honestly one of the best emergency rooms.
