Let’s start with the midevil decor definitely makes the kids excited even being sick. The staff was super polite very informative and patient. My child was called in 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time which was not bad. The nurse and doctor work together effortlessly to create a calming environment for the kids. I will definitely be switching over to this urgent care thank you so much for a great experience

I have been bringing my children here for 3-4 years. The staff always have patience, are efficient and kind. We get the care and attention we need and deserve. It’s clean, and we are usually not there for longer than an hour unless it’s really busy which in that case was only once and still was considerably a decent wait time. You can make an appt online and or call the clinic. I love this place, way better than going to ER for something non emergent yet concerning.

We have taken both our kids here for years and each visit everyone is kind, patient, and gives detailed helpful updates. Providers have always been personable, reassuring our kids when they need shots and encouraging them with personal stories and stickers. Very thankful PM Pediatrics is in our neighborhood! They are our go-to when our kids are under the weather.

Been here twice with my child. Being able to make the appointment online is very convenient, they send reminders until the day of. The clinic itself is very clean, the staff is helpful and courteous. The doctors we've seen are knowledgeable and kind to my child. We were seen on a timely manner and all concerns were addressed. I'd only wish there were more of these around as we don't live in the area.
