We have relied on PMH lab for our on-site school Covid testing for over 2 years now and they have been professional, responsive, reliable and fantastic. Cynthia has been our nurse most of the time and she is so personable and prompt and organized. We love this lab.

The woman I spoke with on the phone this afternoon was very pleasant and helped me reset my email address and send me the results. Happy to talk to a person live on the phone after two rings who was both friendly and helpful. Very happy with the testing procedure too.
Maddy helped me with my nasal swabbing at my job, we do weekly testing through this company and she was very informative about filling out the proper paperwork and information needed to get my test results. Nice to not feel awkward with professionals sticking cotton up my nose!!
