Point Monitor helped me at my facility to update my fire alarm and response system. We have had an issue with some false positives sending the alarm off randomly as well as inaccurate descriptors making it difficult to locate the "emergency". The point team stayed in constant communication via phone, email, and even text whenever was needed at all hours of the day.
