Pointe East Apartments

I have lived at this community for 7 years. Quiet living even with the children playing. Pet friendly and my little dog loves it here. Good maintenance.

I have lived here a few years. This place was nice when we moved in. things deteriorated after a couple of owner changes and weak management. I am happy to say that our most recent owner/management change has been a turn for the better. Cosmetic changes include new decks and landscaping, better garbage management, new gym, new playground for the kids. We are a clean well kept, diverse community. I am in no way paid to say anything good or bad. I live here, I love it. Milton/Fife Schools. Great access to Federal Way, Tacoma, Tacoma Dome Transit, Library, Fife Pool, Puyallup, Milton, I-5, casinos. Tell em ChicoV sent you.

For being a 1st time apt dweller, I had a good experience for 8yrs. All because I was in a quiet location with no kids around, except when they played in the parking lot around our cars and m\c's.

I've been living here since February 2014 and for the most part the complex and apartments are very nice and the managers will do anything to make sure you are happy with your apartment. The only SLIGHT downside is that management has hours which, unless I have Friday off like I usually do, are unable to be reached at the office during the weekend and by the time I get home from work around 6, they've already gone home for the night.
As for the apartments themselves, I'm currently in a 1 bedroom 1 bath and I'm extremely happy with it. They recently replaced the light fixtures with new ones and put in a new stove which is very nice. If something is broken or needs work, maintenance is very helpful and gets back to you quickly. The rent is very reasonable for the area, considering Bella Sonoma across the street is nearly 300 dollars more expensive for a 1 bedroom.
If you are looking for a fair priced apartment in a quiet area close to the King County line or looking for your first apartment, definitely come take a look. It's worth the time!

Lived there for a few months and it was amazing

The new management is amazing. They are respectful and nice to everyone. I'm so happy we chose to move in. If there is an issue they fix it as quickly as they can and the maintenance staff is super nice too.

We have lived there for a few months and it has been wonderful. The neighbors are quiet, courteous and friendly. They are upgrading the apartments as the come available. They replaced the cardio equipment recently. The managers are super friendly and if you have a service request, it is done quickly, with no impact on us the resident and is excellent work. The price for the quality is amazing! The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is it can occasionally be difficult to get a hold of the managers, but they go out of their way to help out the residents.

I've lived in other apartment complexes and this one is at the top for service. They don't bug you unless it is a serious violation or someone complains. Dishwasher wasn't working right, but turned on so they ordered a new one and had it in less than a week.
Covered parking is well lit and in front of the apartment. Guest parking is hard to come by at times but everyone seems to own two cars. Maintenance personnel are friendly and very quick. Every issue addressed with a satisfactory answer with in 24hrs.
Now all that I can complain about would be the Spa. It works but is closed. To many people abusing the area. The management said that they are in the process of installing security cameras before they reopen it.

I'm moving back to the area and used to live at Pointe East, and will be moving back in there upon my return.
There rental prices are reasonable and the location is good. Easy freeway access.
It's a nice, quiet place to live.

I agree with the last person. Pointe East is nothing fancy, but it's worth the price. I really want to say a big THANKYOU to the maintenance guy. He does a great job and is always very helpful. The office staff is new but they same to be on the ball which is a big difference from the last manager. The property never looked so good.

I just read the last review, and disagree. I've lived at Pointe East for over 5 years. I've never had a problem with the staff. They have always been very helpful. I feel very safe here, and have had no issues w/ safety.
Even though it's not brand new it's worth the price I pay each month. So, before you read someones angry review, stop by the property and make your own decision.

We have seen our struggle here, but Pointe East is definately on it's way back to the top. With a caring staff, upkeep and fast completion of workorders.....I'm happy....

Staff is friendly and do what they can to make me feel important & cared for. Place looks great and is quiet. Management responds to problems promptly, and have ways they have to resolve problems. People will be inconsiderate, but it's not their fault. I realize that we live in an apartment & that comes with the good and the bad; but there is more good here than bad.
