Good product! I have had several of these 360's over the years and they have been fairly reliable. My main gripe has always been with the hoses as they don't seem to last more than a couple of years. On this new one, I just replaced the old unit with this one and it has worked perfectly.
Works well for the price I've been a pool owner for 24 years and have tried different vacuums over the years. I always come back to the Polaris 360. Does a great job and is relatively in expensive compared to some of the others out there. It's very easy to install and set-up and began working immediately out of the box. I only wish they lasted longer. I seem to have to buy these every 3-4 years.
Works well It’s not perfect, but it’s good. And a deal comparatively. The bag is pretty tight, so it does hold dirt. Recommend

Best open pool cleaner My first polaris 360 I bought 26 years ago for $600.00 and at the time was a great pressure cleaner especially if you have a open pool. Over the years and normal maintenance and some rusty screws on inside that i could no longer unscrew which is necessary to replace belts it was time for a new one. So i just bought the new polaris 360 no booster pump needed and i have to say they made a few very good improvements. #1 they now use hose floats instead of hose weights like my old one. Absolutely the best! Absolutely the best cleaner we have ever owned, we had the Kreepy Krawler, KK II, ray vac, blue racer. All junk compared to this Polaris. Should have done this years ago. I did not rate tech support because I did not need them.

Replacement for Polaris 280 Did not want to replace the booster pump. This model does not need one and is doing the job nicely. Only problem so far is the collar on the collection bag does not always seat properly. I think sand prevents a solid coupling.
