Easy to setup and use. Too soon to evaluate longevity etc. So far (2 Months ) so good.
Ordering process was easy. This cleaner works great. Pool has never been cleaner.

This is our 3rd Polaris in 30 yrs. By far the 3900 is a workhorse. Our 1st was a 280(?) and seemed to have a lot of little issues. Bought our first 3900 Sport in 2010 and it served us almost 15 yrs. We needed a new because one of the plastic gears was worn and no replacement available. Typically our Polaris runs 7/365 for about 2 hrs a session, twice a day.

We love our cleaner and it works really well. I would give this a five star, except the bag is a bit awkward to clean, but otherwise, much improvement of the one we had 10 years ago.
