I dont think this one is as good as the one we had in the past. I have to vacuum a lot more and it jets stuck in the corners and wont ever back up.

I pretty much went by the book. 20x40ft pool with 9ft deep end. Cut hose for the depth pretty accurate. Left the rest about 18 inches long. Spaced the buoys pretty accurately starting at the unit. Tail doesn't wag or move much but this thing climbs the walls and scours the entire bottom. Great cleanup at 2hrs a day, even when very dirty. Bag is a pain to empty, buying a spare on Amazon for $15 as they do empty better when dry.
