Works Okay but Could Be Better I had the turtle model some years back and loved it until it wore out. I ordered this one to replace it. Same manufacturer so I figured same quality....Nope I was wrong. Unless I have it at the lowest speed it flips upside down and sprays water out of the pool. It does work but not as well as the older model it replaced.

Three Stars My husband doesn't like this at all...
I love the Polaris I love the Polaris. We never have to vacuum our pool as the Polaris never takes a day off. I leave it hooked up all the time unless we are in the pool. It keeps the pool clean plus it circulates water off the bottom for better disinfection. It works hard for us. Friends and family have bought one and they feel the same as we do. None of us have ever had the problems others have noted. Our only problem is the catch bag getting hung up in the ladder. Still got to figure that out.
It Worked ... I tried several above ground pool cleaners This is the only one I found that moved the settlement "and" picked up leaves. Installed properly trim hoses to fit your pool and adjust water flow... you cannot just toss it in
Three Stars SOPPED WORKING AFTER A WEEK
Highly Recommended - Use it 24/7 I've owned the Polaris 65 for four years. I have an 18x33 above ground and the polaris runs 24/7. I never take it out except to swim and when the pool gets winterized. Maybe I'm lucky and had all the correct settings out of the box, but I've never had an issue with tangling. It just keeps running. It does a get job of scooping up debris and what I really like is that it keeps the water moving around. It is not easy and the connectors holding the bag to the Vac ... This works really well. The only problem I have found is changing the bag. It is not easy and the connectors holding the bag to the Vac are not very secure. The bag comes loose sometimes.
Good with faults. When these work they are the best but in 4 yrs this is my 3rd one. Seems like every year I am having to replace it. For some reason its always the same problem only half of the jets work so it goes in circles and get tied up in its own hose and flips over. Needless to say when it flips over it shoots water out of the pool and if your not around it can actually bring your water level below your inlet and get air in the system.
