Amazon is fantastic to work with Works well, first one came through defective and missing parts. Amazon is fantastic to work with. Replacement, was on the way, before I had a chance to return the defective one. Takes time to get used too, but it msure beats my standing around and vacuuming the pool.

Excellent cleaner Didn't give it 5 stars because it didn't come with the basket inside the polaris. I ordered one, this seems to keep it in control. Others posted it didn't fit there there line. I went to my pool place and they sold me a $2.00 piece of plastic to remove my fitting and then the polaris fitting fit right in. Had that not worked we were all ready to make are own fitting because I had a polaris before and loved it. It cleans the bottom of the pool free of leaves and dirt that gets in. good but not great It is able to vacuum the pool, but it cannot be left unattended for very long, It gets tangled up on itself, or the bag gets pulled off or it turns over and prays water all over the place. And it is not so easy to make adjustments. And so, yes, when it is operating correctly it is great. But it has definite issues.
Best thing I've gotten for my pool! Last yr we bought our 18' above ground pool & I spent most of my time in it cleaning!
