Love It! Bought this after dealing with a foolish manual vac that didn't work well at all. Bottom of pool was always a mess. Did a search on Amazon and found this little gem. Does a fabulous job! Clean as a whistle with very little labor. You can even swim while it's cleaning the pool. Love it!
Pool Cleaner The pool cleaner works well when it doesn't get wound up on it's hose. The first week it did pretty well, but for the last couple months it constantly gets wound up in the end where to outlet is and require unwinding it everyday.
It WORKS! I was a LONG time user of the Zodiac Zippy pool cleaner. They took it off the market! I was faced with finding a comparable product that did as good as my Zippy. Love it! What a time-saver. All you do is hook it up and it does all the work. Just occasionally empty the net and drop it back in. I work a lot of hours so this is perfect for me. I only had time to vacuum the pool on the weekends before. Now, I don't have to consume any of my valuable sun time.
Done with Manual Pool Cleaners! We've had our above ground 24' round pool for going-on 3 summers now. We've used the vacuum attached to a pole until now. When my husband left on deployment he left detailed instructions on how to hook up the manual vacuum and it worked. A Roomba for the pool The Polaris 65 does not have a pressure adjustment on it like some others and that's important because my pump which is a standard pump had a bit too much pressure for it and it did not want to clean near the side of the pool that the hose connects, I fixed this by just looping the hose and let it clean near the hose side of the pool then later unloop it for the rest of the pool, but This thing does work as advertised
great product if your pool isnt too large. The Polaris works better than any other above ground pool cleaner I have ever used. The only drawback is that I have a 30 foot pool and it cant seem to clean it all so I still have to vacuum. Adjusting the water pressure on the unit is alittle maddening also.
