It doesn't seem to be able to climb up the walls like my older Polaris did that connected to the side of the pool. Plus I preferred the water circulating through the filter as it cleaned out more of the fine sediment.

New pool and new cleaner. Pool installer recommended the Polaris 8050 Sport. We have dubbed him Hot Rod. You just put Hot Rod in and walk away. Has two cleaning modes, just the pool bottom or the bottom and the walls. He will climb you walls and clean them as well. So far we love him.

We love this little robot! Simple to use, and does a great job of keeping the pool crystal clear. Say goodbye to the old vacuum system. We’re so glad we made this purchase!
