About this business
Only complaint is that it gets stuck on my deep water intake covers. Problem remedied with ramps/adaptors purchased to change the slope of the covers. SO, all's good! Works well!

This vacuum is great! It cleans all the big and small dirt and makes it’s way around our pool. We haven’t had issues with the cord tangling but we do untangle it after every couple runs. Makes pool upkeep so easy!

Not impressed after 3hrs shallow end not clean

A suggestion that will improve pool coverage is to ensure the cleaner cable is entering the pool at the center of the length of the pool and that only the required amount of cable is allowed into the pool. Essentially, you should only allow enough cable into the pool to cover the furthest point from the cable entry location in the pool. Love my polaris pool cleaner. I have always had dolphin cleaners. Due to them being out of stock I went with polaris. It does a much better job and is so easy to clean the collection basket. The only issue I have with it is it keeps getting stuck on the floor drain of my pool.
