Love my new pool guy! I've had this robot for a few weeks now and it gets my pool just as clean as when I bust my butt vacuuming it for 2 hours. I have a pretty large rectangular 32k gallon pool and this robot cleans it spotless in an hour and a half. Best purchase I've made in a while. And the remote is great when you need to point it in a certain direction. So far, very impressed and well worth the $$.
Great Cleaner Works great, easy to use, power lift system to take out of pool is so nice! Super easy to empty. If it lasts a few years, it'll be perfect! I like it a LOT more than my old Dolphin supreme M5!

Not built to last Awesome when it works, but the cables last about 30 months and the warranty is for 24! You then have to pay up to $300 for a new cable & install… not acceptable for a $1000+ pool cleaner.

Wish I had this years ago I am all about low maintenance, and this allows me to clean the pool by just tossing this vacuum into the pool a few hours before the weekend, and clean every time! The remote is OK, but not as responsive, takes a little maneuvering and messing with, but it is OK.

Works grate Works great but you have to keep the controller in the shade otherwise it messes with the controller.
Does not climb the walls on Lift Cycle Because it would not climb the walls, it was heavy to haul out of the pool when full of water. For that reason I gave it low marks for ease in cleaning. The unit did clean the pool floor but did not respond well to the remote. The item was returned, packed just as received. The packing slip indicated they received it May 14. On May 28 I still waiting for a refund.
