Why did we wait so long to get this?? My hubby griped about our old pool cleaner daily! Don’t know why we didn’t invest in this one sooner! He’s a happy camper, which in turn makes me a much happier camper!
Works Great Until It Quits...Expect 3 Years Use We found this to be a great in-ground pool vac, and purchased ours thru Amazon around June or April 2017. Never really had any issues with it until now when it simply quit working, displaying an E10 error code. Being a very handy and mechanically inclined person, I first checked the continuity of the wires in the cable, which required partial disassembly to get to the plug connector in the robot unit. Easy to handle with cart for storage. Great so far. Picks up even fine sediment from bottom of pool. The remote is a little touchy to use . Guess you have to get use to it. Good product but a little too expensive. Should drop the prices for better sales.
Best investment in pool equipment. I bought this cleaner in 2017. The 9550 is still going strong. This is the ONLY pool cleaner I use, and it keeps the pool immaculate. It's also very easy to use. Plug it in, drop it in the pool and hit start. Come back in a few hours to a perfectly clean pool. Whatever the programming is ... it's smart ... it covers every square inch of my pool. This has been the best investment in pool equipment that I've made.

It’s okay but there are better options It mostly does the job, but it should be a little better for the price. The shape of the side basket makes it odd to clean and the remote control doesn’t work very well.
