Makes pool maintenance easy We have a very large pool with a tanning ledge. The robot doesn't always get the tanning ledge and when it does it misses areas around the half moon step and the corners. This is only a minor inconvenience. When cleaning by hand these are problem areas for me as well so overall I am quite happy with the performance. Easy to clean I bought this to replace an Aquabot that we have had for awhile. Great robotic cleaner and SO MUCH EASIER to clean out than the Aquabot. Would highly recommend to anyone with an inground pool.
Great product Works great and easy to use
What began as perfect has now become a headache We started using ours in November 2018. Worked well almost everyday until this February 2020. Tech support was very helpful & easy to work with. Took it to Leslie's Pool for a repair on the Error 10. cord replaced, brought it home. Error 3. Took back to Leslie's. they replaced everything, motor, cord, control panel. Brought it home. Easy to use; does what I expected I had the Polaris P955 before the P9350 and the P955 had all the bells and whistles and was very effective but it only lasted about 4 years. The P9350 is much more basic (only 2-wheel drive, no timer, only On or Off, no remote) but it is $500 - $600 cheaper. If the P9350 is reliable and cleans the pool, I will be satisfied.
3rd Polaris My 2nd Polaris just gave up to ghost due to fractured/broken floating cable. This on is awesome. Had horrible problem with leaves getting under my cover this winter. In past 3 days I bet I've suctioned 4-6 bushels of leaves from pool. Also unlike the past model this one has swivel/no tangle cord which I'm loving Fast service Thanks
Two thumbs up So far so good. Good suction and designed well for easy lift out of the pool. A smart phone app would be a nice to have.
Excellent product outstanding vendor Needed a new robotic pool cleaner to replace a broken one. Four Seasons Pool Supply had what I wanted at a great price. It arrived 2 days after I ordered it and went to work right out of the box. My daughter was so impressed with the performance that she ordered one for her pool. Four Seasons is our new goto dealer for quality and speedy delivery.
Have to re-do the program every 7 cleaning cycles Does a good job cleaning, not great, but good. I have a fiberglass pool that's irregularly shaped. There are a couple of spots it just doesn't get well. Not a real fan of the remote. I've had to re-pair it more than I think I should, and I still don't get it working first try. Seems to be a magic sequence I just haven't figured out yet, no matter how many times I read the manual and watch the video.
