easy to handle, operate and clean Works great, does everything as advertised. After the winter, my pool was extremely dirty on the bottom. Pool is now pretty much spotless after just three 2-hour sessions over the span of a few days. Major Malfunction Disappointed in myself for ordering from Amazon and not a local store. About 1 month after use, MAJOR MALFUNCTION error code ER02 code = Right side traction motor short circuit means we need a new one this one is defective! But I’m certain Zodiac will treat us right as they have in the past. this is our 3rd Polaris for good reason, and nothing beats it

Over hyped by Polaris. We've seen this thing climb stairs twice. We've seen it refuse to climb stairs many dozens of times. Without exception, it misses several spots on the pool bottom. The remote is a challenge to use. It's not light, so my wife and I have a hard time getting it out of the pool. We'd like it better if it worked as good as it looks.
Unbelievable Pool Cleaner I needed to completely replace my old pressure side pool cleaner, from the pump out. Looking at total cost, I opted to instead switch to the fully electric pool cleaner. This will save a ton of money in electrical bills (over 1000 watts for my 3/4 horse pump down to 150 for this unit) . I have now had the Polaris F9550 Sport for 5 months.
