Works well. Remote programming is completely backwards. Great suction. Program for odd shaped pool needs an upgrade but works ok. Our pool is larger than most so we run it twice in two separate areas for the best results . The remote works, but all the motions are counterintuitive, really oddly thought thought out. Lean it backwards to make it go forwards or lean it left to make it go to the right. So annoying. It’s like a sick joke. NOT FUNNY.
Love the product. We bought this model because the people who open our pool recommended it. Also, we had an old Polaris system in the past, which lasted many years. My only negative was that the remote control we purchased with this model, which cost a couple of hundred dollars extra, was kind of worthless. I would recommend buying the less expensive model without the remote.
Really great product Had a wheel missing but the company sent one and the product is better than expected. Highly recommend this product and company.
My Second One This has changed a little, since I bought my last one three years ago. First thing is that they added an anti-twist swivel to the DC power cord. This does not stop the cord from twisting. but it does help with the un-twisting. It probably make the twists a little less, but we still need to pull the twists out of the cord, but with the swivel, we don't need to detach the cord from the power unit. we simply turn the swivel by hand until the cord is a little less twisted. Great Pool Cleaner Fantastic tool , we barely do any manual work on our pool now after we got our robot ! The remote is limited only used to take the machine out of the pool but a great piece of equipment !
Love this pool cleaner! It's probably because I'm lazy, but I love this cleaner! I had a similar Polaris 9300 for about ten years and it was great. The old one finally died (sort of), would turn wheels but stopped in a few seconds, dealer tested and said it was just dead... Bought this one a month or so ago and it works as good or better than my old one. It will pick up all sorts of sand, gravel, leaves, acorns, whatever is on the bottom of the pool. Simply the best. I have tried them all. I have every type of pool cleaner. Several brands that were much more expensive than this one. It is simply the best. Easy to clean. Clean the entire pool. It works better than any other model I have tried and I have tried them all.
