Workes great. Cleans the pool great. I have a gunnite kidney shape and it works really well. Cleans the sides never gets stuck. When i 1st opened the pool i put this in and let it run for 4 cleaning cycles. Picked up leafs rocks and sand. The basket is so easy to clean. The lift feature works great. The remote works great. I really recommend this pool cleaner
It works Great! I purchased the Polaris 9300 5 years ago and it has worked great for the 5 years. It was amazing how well it cleaned my 20x40 inground pool. Picking up leaves, sand, rocks, anything that didn't belong. It has made keeping my pool clean an easy task, no netting, or vacuuming needed, it did it all. Does a great job - saves me time! I used my brand new Polaris to open my pool this year. Since I have a porous pool cover, the pool bottom is usually covered with grit by the end of Winter. I found that the Polaris filter clogged quickly and I had to clean it about every half hour. So I gave up and vacuumed the grit off the pool bottom the old fashioned way. Once the grit was gone, I've used the Polaris regularly to clean the bottom and sides of the pool of normal debris, and it does an excellent job. Very easy to clean too.... read more
Solid Robot I’ve had a few pool cleaning robots and this one by far has done the best job cleaning and also have many useful features.
The best pool cleaner I've seen Replaced my old Polaris 360 with this 9550 and I am very pleased! I have a gunite, rectangle pool and the 360 kept getting stuck. I would have to babysit it while it was running. I set the cleaner for bottom only and let it run for 2 hours once or twice a day and I've never seen my pool cleaner. Very happy with this cleaner. The remote is OK and seems more of a gimmick. You tilt the remote to guide the cleaner and that is very clumsy. Should have just put a joystick on it. But it does help whe... read more
Pricey but worth the money This machine is amazing and keeps our pool always looking amazing, very powerful and gets in all the hard to reach places, price is a little pricey but cheaper then having the pool boy stop by weekly for a pool cleaning
