Robots are taking over... and I like it!!! Love this robot. I’ve always been a do-it-yourselfer so to give in and go electronic was a big step. What I learned, now I can do many other to-dos while this lil-guy does his. You’ll also find that there’s more debris and particulates that you can’t see from above. Good quality It is easy to work and cleans well. My husband has a tumor and can even pick it up and put into the pool. We are saving $200 a month in cleaning fees!
Good Until... This has been a very good cleaner until the motor died just outside the 3 year warranty period. A new motor costs over $900 with tax, and the warranty that comes with the new motor is only for 1 year. Repair seems cost prohibitive, since a new one with 3 year warranty can be purchased for a few hundred dollars more (And it comes with new remote and cleaning cartridge-which I have to replace as well) The cleaning canister needs to be replaced frequently as well because the mesh separates from its frame and debri... read more

Five Stars Love it!
My new best friend:) Love this thing! It climbs, turns, cleans our pool great. It can have issues with our steps, but it still gets up in the first level . If it tumbles upside down it corrects itself. Lift system guides it to edge of pool and you just have to help it up that last leg:). Very happy with this cleaner. It was expensive, but I think we made a good investment.
Excellent Service Very responsive supplier. This is my second Polaris, and my only issue is that the power cord is difficult to keep untangled. My pool is spotless, which is why I’m a repeat customer.
