Easy to use Product cleans the pool well. Easy to use, easy to remove from the pool. Cleans both bottom and sides well. Does not work as well on steps and ledges as I might like.
This is the second Polaris Robot Pool Cleaner I have ... This is the second Polaris Robot Pool Cleaner I have purchased since 2013. They both had communication cord issues; the first one just inside the 1-yr warranty. The second within 15 months. Error Code 10 is the problem. Had the cord replaced on the second one after only 6 months. Now 9 months later, I have the same problem.

Is it worth it? Have been using for 1 season. I have a salt water pool with pebble tech surface. It navigates surprisingly well. It did get stuck on one occasion by getting wedged between a step and the pool lip edge in the corner of the pool. Otherwise this thing can get out of almost any situation even if it flips over. This may be the single best thing I've purchased ever This may be the single best thing I've purchased ever. Not only does it suck up every big/tiny/remote item imaginable, but it does so quickly and efficiently. I truly could watch it clean all day and am always in awe of how it does so with such complete elegance and efficiency.I've only been a pool owner for a year, but this single purchased has allowed us to enjoy our pool more than most people probably do in ten.

Does a fantastic job! We have used our new Polaris F9550 for 2 1/2 months now. At first we were very disappointed as the unit seemed to just stir up the finer debris in the pool that then settled back to the bottom by the next day, although the vacuum easily picked up all the larger trash. Then we realized we did not have the ultra fine sand and silt canister, just the all purpose leaf canister. Wow! What a difference when we used the ultra fine canister! Great cleaner only 1 problem Great cleaner, this is my 2nd season with it!!! Does excellent job cleaning the pool!! Only problem is that my remote stopped working. Tough to find info on how to get it replaces
