Zipper bag is easier! The zipper bag is so easy to use. With the velcro bag I could not get all the debris off the velcro part of the bag and I could not get it to close until I cleaned it some so it is more time consuming. The zipper bag just zips and you are on your way.

Love the Zipper Idea BUT This is the first Polaris Cleaner bad I have ever purchased that had a zipper. All the others I have been using over the past 16 years had a velcro closure and the debri would get caught into the velcro and over time the velcro couldn't stick therefore everything that was vacuumed would end up falling back into the water. Easy plug and play After 2 years, my leaf bag developed multiple holes. Sewing them up just caused the tears to widen, so a new leaf bag was in order. This one was well packaged and snapped right in. My neighbor also gave me a tip - keep the plastic connector from the worn-out bag, place a nylon stocking on it, and it can be used to pick up even very fine sand from your pool floor with the Polaris.
Good, but lacks durability There aren't any better options that I know of for the Polaris sweep, and for the price, this product really deserves 4 stars. The only reason I gave it three stars is because it doesn't last that long. I have oak trees next to the pool and twigs are constantly poking holes in it. One of these will last me about a season. I have found that rotating two throughout a year helps them last longer. I want to love this, but they need to make them more durable before I can give it a thumbs up.
Replacement bag I really like this replacement bag for my Polaris k13 Vac. I like the zipper that the bag has on it. Its so easy to unzip and empty, no velcrow to worry with. The older bags with vel-crow would always have so much dirt in it. This new zipper is so easy to empty. You will like it more than the other. I would highly recommend it. And when you order through Amazon.com you get it so fast. Sweeter than Wine

Works great! I used to have the one with the velcro. I decided to try the zipper bag. This bag works great!
Perfect I bought this to replace an older one that had deteriorated. The zipper is far superior to the velcro used on earlier versions.
