too strong and too heavy and damge my gunite pool I want to keep it because it seems to clean well, but maybe too well. I have gunite pool and I want something that works but do not damage my pool. Like a Boss What dont i like about this boss of a cleaner.No more white powder scrubbing back breaking sweat.Its still learning its route but it makes 2hrs of hard core ledge cleaning.Highly recommend
Great unit - effective! So far we are loving this pool cleaner- it's effective! It had no problem going up and down the steps in our pool. We even stuck it in our little spa area. It went up and down/around those walls just fine too. The bottom was a little tight for it to maneuver, but I know this is designed for pools, not spas. It does a good job! It does a good job. We have a 24000-gallon pool. After opening the pool this year, before starting the pump, we needed to do some work on the tiles. We didn't want the debris to get into the drain then to the DE filter, so every day after we finished repairing the tiles, we put this baby down. And it picked up lots of hard debris and tiles! Finally, a pool cleaner that can replace Polaris pressure side cleaner The media could not be loaded. We have a Polaris 360 pressure side cleaner that came with the house when we purchased it. It's old, but it has outworked just about every other pool cleaner I have tested over the years, except the NEO. Cleans very well and well made 4.5 stars! I received the Polaris Neo to replace my Dolphin nautilus CC robot. First thing I noticed is that the Polaris Neo has scrubbers on the front and back, which my old robot only had one. It was also very nice to have such a large debris basket. Another plus is the suction level adjustability on the control unit. I'm not sure how big of a difference it makes in reality, but it makes me feel good. So far, so good This pool vacuum climbs walls and stairs like a champ and picks up everything in its path. I’m very happy with it so far. I have had bad luck with other brands of robot pool vacuums, so if this one breaks after a few months, I will update my review.
Works well. Basket seems delicate. It is big! I have been using a Polaris 280 pressure side cleaner for over a decade. It works reasonably well but it does take a fair bit of maintenance to keep it going. It does not do a great job of picking up all of the fine sand or of cleaning the sides around the water line.
