Nice design I've tried many different automatic pool cleaners with varying results. This unit works quite well and I love how simple it is to use. You don't need to connect it to the pool circulation system at all. You just plug it in and let it go. The only real downside, is that you wouldn't be able to leave it running all the time. This unit is intended to be dropped in and run for a while to clean the pool. Then it should be removed until the next time you need it.
Now this is the it :) This thing is a beast. She gets all over including the walls. I’ve used it several times so far with in the short time we’ve had it and just like our older unit this one scrubs every where. It may not get all the places but running it once a day she will eventually get it all. Love it. Best investment for the pool yet.
Not the best Have to run two to three times to fully clean 16 x 36 inground pool. Unit will run over leaves and not pick them up. Tends to move back and forth with little direction change. Does not capture fine material. Not the best for the price.

works good Buy it. You won’t regret it. I tried a couple before this one and this one cleans the whole pool spotless! It moves fast but is efficient. So easy. You charge it then drop it in, come back and pull it out in an hour and wash it out. Best invention ever
POLARIS NEO IT IS SIMPLE TO OPERATE IT HAS A WALL OPTION YOU CAN TURN IT OFF IF YOU JUST WANT TO CLEAN THE FLOOR IT WORKS FANTASTIC EASY TO DUMP THE MICRO SCREEN FILTER I JUST CANT SEEM TO FIND A PAPER ELEMENT FILTER ASSEMBLY FOR IT I NEED TO GET WITH POLARIS SO FAR I LOVE IT
Cleans well Works well to clean up leaves in the pool. The canister is easy to remove and clean.
Pleasantly surprised! The house we bought came with a pool and a Polaris 9300. That robot worked great, until it didn’t… I fixed it last summer but it didn’t make it this summer. This Polaris NEO so far is awesome! I like the treads. The suction is great! The mesh basket does require a brush after you hose it out. I use a bottle brush, otherwise it has little pieces of stuff stuck in it. This was the same with my old Polaris.
