This thing is a beast! I have a 30,000-gallon gunite pool. This machine does a great job of cleaning it - better than other cleaners that I have used. I do find the filter to be "delicate" so I try to be careful with it because I don't want to have to replace it anytime soon. This cleaner does a good job of cleaning the entire pool, including the water line without any intervention from me. Small but mighty Other than not able to get stairs 100% it is amazing.Times out at 90 minutes
This unit is more than I expected！！ It's an amazing robot and definitely has the power to get around the pool. After unpacking, remove the plastic strips from the rollers, connect the power cable to the power assembly box, drop the robotic cleaner into the pool, then plug it into a GFCI outlet and push the power button. Great for cleaning up from a major storm I've used a Poolvergnuegen Suction Pool Cleaner for years, and it has done a decent job of cleaning out debris and dust, but it has some issues such as getting clogged easily and quickly filling up my pump basket. It has also been marginal at cleaning the sides. When this new Polaris became available, I decided to compare it with my old pool cleaner. Polaris Does it Again I love this robotic pool cleaner. It does climb the walls reasonably well which means less scrubbing for me. We have unground pop ups for most cleaning. However for windy days like today with lots of dust and debris we welcome extra help to keep our pool clean and clear. Hooray for the remote control.
Coco’s Conclusion: Excellent Cleaning Capacity with Easy Clean Up After We’ve had a pool robot for the last several years, but ours was winding down. We have switched over to this one and have not been disappointed. It cleans well and climbs the walls to the very top. My favorite part is the pop-out debris collector. Our old one felt like we had to reach in and touch gross filters, so this is much nicer.
Awesome pool cleaner, works well and saves energy! The media could not be loaded. We live close to the lake and a busy highway, so keeping our pool clean has always been a struggle. We have used a Polaris 2800 pool sweep for many years and is has served us well. Time saver! Extremely impressed with this pool vacuum! It was easy to set up. My husband and I had it together and in the water in no time. Very efficient! Gets the hard to reach corners and picks up all of the debris that have floated to the bottom of the pool. Very satisfied with this pool vacuum and I highly recommend it if you own a in ground pool!
Works Great This Neo pool cleaner is just awesome. It is at the higher end of pool vac price points but performs just as good as more expensive models I have tested. It comes down to what you expect from a pool cleaner if you need a $250 one or a $1200 one. This one performs like the $1200 one seriously cleaning your pool.
