Our Polaris pool cleaner is amazing! It’s easy to use, easy to clean! The only negative comment is the cable is difficult to wind up without twisting into a mess.

It is a good robot however the service ans warranty is useless as the repairs are done with unexpected and unreliable technicians

Its performance is excellent! I works great and whenever it comes across an obstacle it does not go out of order it just stops and an error sign displays!

Makes pool cleaning a simple task to allow me to enjoy the pool. It picks up dirt and does steps and water line. Have not tried remote but have not had to as auto cleaning is efficient in detecting where dirt is.

The unit itself is great, and it is my second one I have purchased. I did not like the fact that the first one to repair it meant I had to buy a new one because the repair was so expensive. They are basically throwaway units. You are not going to put $800 into a 5 year old machine. So, improve the warranty or find a way to repair them at a much more reasonable cost to the owner.
