Went for a test drive for the Polestar 2. Both Mostafa and Benjamin were courteous, friendly and professional, also incredibly knowledgeable and very patient with my questions and my test drive (I was a bit late back). The car itself, outstanding quality, there has been no penny scraping I feel. I’ve been to Polestar London North twice and both times the team there were amazing. Benjamin, Vinny and Hamza were super knowledgeable and created a welcoming test drive and showroom environment.
Brilliant space and service from this Polestar showroom. Everyone, especially Benjamin, was professional, genuinely helpful and not pushy - what a breath of fresh air compared to other car dealerships. This kind of customer service represents the brand very well. Keep up the good work!
Writing a negative review for the dealership after three groups of customers are messed around this morning with our appointments. No cars were ready for the test drive. Another couple had already waited 40 minutes - booked in 10am. Ourselves and another gentleman were booked in for the 10.30am but no cars available. The staff gave weak apologies and we left after 30 minutes with no test drive. Fantastic experience here at Polestar, it's strangely not a place where they'll sell you a car so it's low pressure and relaxed. The guys working there were all friendly and chatty and basically gave you the keys to go take the cars for a drive to work it out yourself. Makes speccing your own car much easier. Recommended
