I rang up Polestar only two weeks ago to enquire about a car on their website. Oliver answered and was able to give me details on how to reserve it straight away. The whole process was quick, easy and efficient. Oliver rang me every couple of days to keep me updated on the process and was happy to answer any of my questions over email and phone. I’ve been to Polestar London North twice and both times the team there were amazing. Benjamin, Vinny and Hamza were super knowledgeable and created a welcoming test drive and showroom environment.
Went for a test drive for the Polestar 2. Both Mostafa and Benjamin were courteous, friendly and professional, also incredibly knowledgeable and very patient with my questions and my test drive (I was a bit late back). The car itself, outstanding quality, there has been no penny scraping I feel. As a showroom to test drive the polestar 4 and see there other cars in the range this is a very good showroom. It's open, not pressured and full of interesting gadgets. I'd booked a test drive and the process at the showroom was very simple. Staff went away with driving licenses and allowed us to browse the store It was all done in about 10 mins, and we were given the keys to the car.
