Located right next to the infinity dealership, when we visited, the polestar dealership was still in the process of being finalized. You walk in and you immediately get a Swedish calm vibe with the music. Minimalist, your focus is on the three models they have on display: a polestar 2, 3 & a 4 that had just been delivered the day before. Having purchased the Polestar 2 nearly two years ago, I was initially enamored by its plethora of features and smooth ride. However, my excitement waned due to several significant drawbacks. I would give this a higher rating because for the most part (emphasis on "most part") The 2022 Polestar 2 I purchased in October 26, 2023 runs great. Now to the bad part. A couple of days later, I started hearing a strange grinding clicking sound. I contacted the sales rep Manny who sold me the car and was advised to go to a Volvo Dealer in Miami since I live there and it would be closer.
