We highly recommend Polly Products. Their customer service is top-notch. For our family, it was finding the perfect memorial bench honoring our brother who passed away in September 2022. The staff helped us with design and quickly responded to any questions we had during the process. If you choose to assemble the item yourself, the assembly instructions are very complete & make assembly easy. The bench is now located at the US 131 Motorsports Park where our brother spent many years racing.

Polly products has been amazing to purchase from! Their customer service is one of the best I have ever seen. We purchased a bench from them years ago and it has held up in all kinds of weather and still looks great! This year we decided to buy two more. One of them arrived with a top that was a little warped, they immediately took action and even replaced it with an upgraded bench at no charge to us. They stand behind their products 100%. We purchased a bench in honor of our Mom. The company was very easy to work with, and great on communication! Bench arrived and it is a quality product! Very sturdy, very easy to assemble and customized as ordered. A great value! And locally made! Could not recommend more highly!

We had a customized memorial bench made for my parents gravesite. When the bench arrived it was exactly what we wanted. I want to thank Stacie and Abbie for all their help. And, as an avid on-line shopper, I was so very impressed with their customer service! Rapid responses with professional communication and very kind words.
