It appears the prescription Dr. Miyamoto provided was not accurate, as I have worn the glasses for more than seven months and still cannot adjust to them. When I contacted the office, the staff told me to contact Costco, who made my glasses, and said adjustments are only free within 30 days. However, this policy was never mentioned to me until I specifically asked about it. For comparison, I visited Costco and their optometrist was very patient and experienced. Dr.Polsinelli is one the best doctors I have ever met. He is very professional, friendly and shared lots of informative tips with me. I really appreciate it. I definitely will recommend to my family and friends to come over here. Nicole is one the best receptionists. She is super friendly and helpful. Very friendly and professional! My first new patient appointment and Dr Polsinelli was able to answer all my questions and make new recommendations. You’ll be in good hands so highly recommend if you need eye care / contacts/or glasses.
I highly recommend Dr Polsinelli for your annual eye health checks. He spends far more time than my previous experience with Kaiser and fully explains things in layman’s terms. He solved an on-goings dry eye problem I have with a process that works on my first visit. His practice is approved for use by Kaiser patients without a referral and guess what…you can get in quickly!
