I called to get an appointment for a repair, and I did not get the super helpful response many people have posted about. <br /> My roof has sprung a significant leak over the last few rains, causing damage to my ceiling and walls. A co-worker recommended this company, and the reviews were really great so I called them to make an appointment. In the 38 years that I have lived in Falls Church, this was one of the best home repairs that I have experienced. My goodness, I wish all contractors were like Pond. The estimator was a real professional and spent considerable time reviewing with me the nature of the work to be done, selection of shingles, and recommendations for a new skylight. Two years ago we had Pond replace our siding. We were very happy with their products and services. However, what I find even more exceptional about them, is their follow up service. The same year we had the siding replaced, we also had new roof put on by another contractor. After about a year , we noticed we had a leak on our deck roof. We called our roofing contractor who came out and said it was a siding issue. I've been using them since mid 70's, they're wonderful company. Since I've been using them for how many years now, they're reliable, they're very good in what they do, they're very honest. I think they're a little bit pricey but I'm not sure.
