I called a couple roofing companies because we had some water damage in our upstairs ceiling after some heavy rains. Everyone - including Pond Roofing - was booked out for weeks, but I was lucky enough to speak with the owner Patrick, who squeezed me in one morning for what was supposed to be just an estimate. He arrived a little late, but notified me to let me know (and he gave me an appointment TIME, not a window, so I was fine with that). Pond Roofing was first-rate in every way. When Shanti came to give me an estimate, he explained everything and even temporarily patched the hole in my roof. He followed up promptly after i signed the contract to discuss the various choices, and made sure i understood what they would be doing. When the actual work was performed, the roofing crews were prompt, professional, and courteous and cleaned everything thoroughly. The same was true of the crew that replaced my gutters. These guys are just terrific! <br />

His price was twice expensive.
When scheduling an appointment for an estimator, none were available. No problem - the company President (Patrick Readyhough) came out to do the estimate! Of all the bids, he was the only one to look in the attic for signs of problems with the sub-roofing. He is also the only one who walked my roof to assess the job. Professional presentation - price not the lowest but roofing is their core business. They were very professional throughout, did quality work, finished entire roof in two days, spread tarps to protect bushes, cleaned up well taking all old roof material away. They cared about the job they did!
Provider did a very good job. The evaluation of our issue (small roof leak) was done quickly and the representative offered to do a quick patch job given that the actual work couldn't be scheduled for at least a month. He came and repaired it while I was at work, left his card. I later learned he did it on his own dime! Company was responsive, professional, and had overall good customer service. Would hire them again. <br />
Work was rescheduled a couple times but the workers arrived on the day of installation and did a good job. Problem is that when it rains, uneven installation of the gutter guards on the top gutter means water concentrates in the middle of the gutter guard and forms large drops of water which strike the lower gutter guard, making a loud tapping sound even after it rains. <br /> <br />
Work was fine, but I was inconvenienced by avoidable things: <br /> -Failure to call me before arrival on site (happened 2, maybe 3 times) to which we had both agreed; and, <br /> -The estimator (because he failed to call me before arrival) got the scope wrong and under-estimated the cost. When the workmen arrived, I discovered this in a drawing I hadn't seen before; and, <br /> -I was called after the work had been completed because the invoice had been returned.
