Pony Express is definitely the best car wash in East Idaho. I go to the one in Ammon, Idaho because it’s a few minutes away from my house. It’s super convenient for me and my wife to go wash our vehicles and we are always super satisfied on how our cars come out looking. Alberto has always given us top-notch customer service. Been coming here a year and finally over the fact that half the vacuums are functional. I get it was winter but things should be working. **This is not just a one time thing** Wash does just as good as other places in town, nothing stands out above the rest anymore, other than the staff, they are super helpful and kind.

Great car wash! It's nice that there are several around in different cities. There are vacuums and carpet cleaners. There are rags and compressed air. The employees are friendly. I recently got a new vehicle and the process to change the car wash membership from my old truck to my new one was so simple!!!! The employees are great to make sure we're taken care of!! Thank you.
Worst car wash in town. you only have a good rating on here because you hound people to leave reviews so you can win Idaho's best. Those awards definitely don't reflect the truth. Maybe it's time for your GM to move on if he clearly doesn't like working here, and interacting/ helping with customers.
