Signed up for the monthly car wash program thanks to Matt (he was awesome). Super professional, juggling the kiosk and office like a pro while still being super friendly and helpful. Made the whole process smooth and easy. Appreciate the great service!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Pony Express for years and have always appreciated their services. However, during my most recent visit, I paid $23 for their “Triple Crown” car wash and was very disappointed with the experience. Several of the brushes were not working — both ceiling brushes and two of the four side brushes were completely out of service. Cole did an amazing job helping me out today. He answered all my questions and helped me with the car mat wash. He let me know of services offered, and the savings of buying the membership but didn't pressure me into buying more than I was comfortable with. He had exceptional service. This was my first time at pony express and I am very impressed with the wash I got as well as the service.

Cole was a great help to me today, after my car wash today I pulled into vacume and clean inside my truck. After I was threw my truck wouldn't start he came out to see if l needed. Help.my battery was dead, he went out of his to help me and jump my truck. . You have a great employee wo Rking for you. Thankyou.
