Why did i give 1 measly star? A car wash needs to be a car wash not some circus for October. I have to drive out of our families way to get a car wash to avoid the one in Ammon. Its disappointing that the owner and managers allow this. With the way the world is going, we need happiness and kindness. I would literally pay this company 10k grand to stop decorating for October. Best car wash in Idaho falls! Love the membership options. Love they decorate the car wash for Halloween. We live in Wyoming and this is our first stop when we get to town, my car comes out so clean. Prices are great!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Pony Express for years and have always appreciated their services. However, during my most recent visit, I paid $23 for their “Triple Crown” car wash and was very disappointed with the experience. Several of the brushes were not working — both ceiling brushes and two of the four side brushes were completely out of service. Cole did an amazing job helping me out today. He answered all my questions and helped me with the car mat wash. He let me know of services offered, and the savings of buying the membership but didn't pressure me into buying more than I was comfortable with. He had exceptional service. This was my first time at pony express and I am very impressed with the wash I got as well as the service.
