I had a fantastic experience at Pony Express Car Wash, and a big part of that was Fabian, the general manager. He was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was done right. The car looked amazing, and the customer service was even better. You can tell he really cares about his customers and his team. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience at Pony Express Car Wash! The whole process was quick, smooth, and super convenient. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and my car came out looking amazing. Fabian especially stood out—he was incredibly nice, professional, and efficient. He made sure everything was taken care of and really went above and beyond to provide great customer service. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fast, quality wash with friendly staff!
First time visiting. I am from Northern California. This place was great. Price was comparable to what I pay at home. Great tunnel. Long with lots of processes. Good vacuums. Towels provided. Got my car clean, and it was dusty and dirty from lots of driving. The place was super busy, but it didn't take me long to get through.
The Pony Express has been one of the best car wash establishments i’ve been! We went pretty close to closing, but the staff were so upbeat and light hearted! We got the pleasure of getting Garrett at 25th Easy Ammon for helping us out! And let me say he was the best player about everything. I appreciate his hard work and i hope he gets what he deserves in the near future!
Hello , we came this morning to pony express and had some service by a man named Fabian. He helped us out, but mostly it was nice cause we were Spanish speaking and he was able to explain things more than your other personal service. It’s always nice to have someone with the second language that can explain more of the service then just trying to make a self you guys should have more.this employees thanks Fabian !
