Great car wash! There are vacuums and carpet cleaners. There are rags and compressed air. The employees are friendly. I recently got a new vehicle and the process to change the car wash membership from my old truck to my new one was so simple!!!! The employees are great to make sure we're taken care of!! Thank you.
Great customer service! They explained the process of canceling my account and how easy it will be to reactivate when I get back. Would recommend them every time staff is always friendly when I come for a wash.
Update: They responded by falsely claiming I asked them to repaint my car. I never did. My request: clean your hydraulic fluid off my car. I’ve included photos that show dust sticking to all the oil and what it looked like after being professionally cleaned. The car wash had a hydraulic fluid leak. The manager knew about the problem and still sent multiple cars through. Disappointed in this management. I was in the car wash when it all of a sudden turned off. We kept looking around for a few minutes but nobody came. We proceeded out since nobody was infront of us. I go around after I vacuum to ask to go through one more time since it lost power inside. They kept saying it never lost power and wouldn't let me get a full car wash. Pony Express is a good car wash. Pony Express is a bit expensive to be able to get the top end car wash. The less expensive washes at Pony Express’s do not get your car very clean and I feel they are a waste of time. I do like the towels that are provided to wipe down the inside and out of your car. I like it when the towels are damp or wet because they do a better job cleaning the interior.
