I’ve been a loyal customer of Pony Express for years and have always appreciated their services. However, during my most recent visit, I paid $23 for their “Triple Crown” car wash and was very disappointed with the experience. Several of the brushes were not working — both ceiling brushes and two of the four side brushes were completely out of service. Pony Express is definitely the best car wash in East Idaho. I go to the one in Ammon, Idaho because it’s a few minutes away from my house. It’s super convenient for me and my wife to go wash our vehicles and we are always super satisfied on how our cars come out looking. Alberto has always given us top-notch customer service. Alberto offered the monthly subscription to me. Very professional and not pushy. I decided to go with it because I drive that road often and I could definitely use more car washes for a lower price. Royce helped me put the sticker on my windshield. I noticed a small piece of my car was missing after I went through the car wash. He was kind enough to go back through and see if it fell off in the wash. It didn’t but I wasn’t expecting him to go through to look for it. He went above and beyond. Been coming here a year and finally over the fact that half the vacuums are functional. I get it was winter but things should be working. **This is not just a one time thing** Wash does just as good as other places in town, nothing stands out above the rest anymore, other than the staff, they are super helpful and kind.
