This was the first time I had used this Pny Express car wash and I was not sure just how the process worked. Brandon, the gentleman at the entrance was very helpful. My car was very dirty and I asked for his suggestion on what to use and I took his advice. He was very kind and patient and a wonderful person to be employed by you. We had a great experience! Brandon was especially helpful. His service to us was spectacular! You know there is great service when they immediately recognize a problem and are so willing to make things right! He was very kind and even wish us a Merry Christmas!
Brandon was very helpful with our first wash of our new car!! He also brought us towels without asking as it was a bit cold outside. Greatly appreciated his customer service!
Brandon was great. Greeted me with a smile and a wave, even though it was cold outside. Explained all the washes to me, he knew exactly what they were and what they involved. And my came out looking clean.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Pony Express for years and have always appreciated their services. However, during my most recent visit, I paid $23 for their “Triple Crown” car wash and was very disappointed with the experience. Several of the brushes were not working — both ceiling brushes and two of the four side brushes were completely out of service.
