I’ve been a loyal customer of Pony Express for years and have always appreciated their services. However, during my most recent visit, I paid $23 for their “Triple Crown” car wash and was very disappointed with the experience. Several of the brushes were not working — both ceiling brushes and two of the four side brushes were completely out of service. Cole did an amazing job helping me out today. He answered all my questions and helped me with the car mat wash. He let me know of services offered, and the savings of buying the membership but didn't pressure me into buying more than I was comfortable with. He had exceptional service. This was my first time at pony express and I am very impressed with the wash I got as well as the service.
I went to Pony Express today ready to cancel my subscription because I feel like the car wash brushes are hurting my paint on my car. But Saul told me about a touch less option that is available and I loved it!! I’ve decided to keep my membership! I’m so grateful for Saul taking the time help me today!
Pony Express is definitely the best car wash in East Idaho. I go to the one in Ammon, Idaho because it’s a few minutes away from my house. It’s super convenient for me and my wife to go wash our vehicles and we are always super satisfied on how our cars come out looking. Alberto has always given us top-notch customer service.
