The staff was very kind but I don't think the Car Wash is very old and 3 out of the 4 vacuums I tried didn't work upon first use. It wouldn't have bothered me as much if it wasn't for the fact I'm a father of little kids and I mostly paid for the wash for the use of the vacuums. They also had staff waiting at the kiosk to purchase the wash trying to upsell you. Again, they were very nice it's just not my favorite business practice. Pony Express is definitely the best car wash in East Idaho. I go to the one in Ammon, Idaho because it’s a few minutes away from my house. It’s super convenient for me and my wife to go wash our vehicles and we are always super satisfied on how our cars come out looking. Alberto has always given us top-notch customer service. Really doesn't touch all of my car. I have a membership but I will cancel and try somewhere else. It's ok. I would drive further to get a better wash. The tire shine only does part of my tire. Doesn't get all of the soap off at times.
Been coming here a year and finally over the fact that half the vacuums are functional. I get it was winter but things should be working. **This is not just a one time thing** Wash does just as good as other places in town, nothing stands out above the rest anymore, other than the staff, they are super helpful and kind.
