Wouldn’t let me wash my truck because the running boards wouldn’t go up. I was able to wash it 2 days ago and no issue. The workers were no help with answering my questions on why. Then I had to back out with no way to get out. I have been a loyal customer since they started but will be switching after this last experience. Edit: After speaking to representative still got no help and just excuses. Cancelled and went to Tag and go, better wash and much better customer service. And less expensive.

This was the first time I had used this Pny Express car wash and I was not sure just how the process worked. Brandon, the gentleman at the entrance was very helpful. My car was very dirty and I asked for his suggestion on what to use and I took his advice. He was very kind and patient and a wonderful person to be employed by you. It was lovely to have somebody who was helpful and smiling when a person needed it. He offered the club savings, but regrettably I don’t often get to Idaho Falls from Island Park. Brandon was SO awesome when we came through! He was very helpful and told me all the benefits of getting a subscription. If I wasn’t broke I definitely would’ve signed up! 😅 Needless to say I will be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends and family!

Brandon was very helpful with our first wash of our new car!! He also brought us towels without asking as it was a bit cold outside. Greatly appreciated his customer service!
