Great service from the get-go. Every person with which I interacted was courteous and professional. The facility is gorgeous and huge. The rooms are awesome - I had two dogs stay for just over a week in the same suite.

We were nervous about leaving our puppy for the first time. The staff at the Pooch Hotel in Norwalk made us feel very comfortable. They took great care of our pup and we will be sure to use them for any future boarding!!
