There was an incident when my puppy did stay in the hotel. I would like if they could have called me right away and not the other way around but overall I do believe my puppy had a good time.

Tali looked by the video cam she had a great time. Always staff in the play room. They rooms looked clean. Only thing I might suggest is getting a brief update how the puppy was doing. . . ie. she is having fun, eating and going to the bathroom normally. . .not a complaint just a suggestion. . .

Very accommodating and helpful. All staff I met seemed to have a true love and passion for dogs. The facility was very clean, updated, and inviting! They have my business from here on out!

Pooch Hotel in Norwalk has taken nothing but amazing care of our dog. They are always understanding and flexible with our schedule and never roll an eye at any of our requests. Our dog goes to daycare at Pooch Monday through Friday and can’t wait to go in the morning. When he was injured this fall and we couldn’t be home with him and they took great care of him and kept us posted on how he was doing. We couldn’t love this place and their friendly staff more. Thank you!
