Every one was great and helpful
Pooch Hotel has taken care of our beloved dogs Daphne and Margot for years now. My once nervous dog now drags me in she’s so excited to go (the other always happily obliged). They have called me when they noticed anything and are accessible at all times. We recommend them to anyone! The best business we have ever found to watch our family dogs
I picked up my dog after 1 week, and he was happy and healthy. In other boarding places he has been a wreck, but not here. He is 9 lbs and he was not bullied
It was are first stay (6 nights) Loved the personalize touch of viewing our pets in their suite. We had one issue that took two phone call to fix .. however was willing act on immediate to our request and the reason it took two attempts was just a matter of miss communication between staff. We have already booked are next out of town boarding request

24/7 pick up and drop off is very convenient. Love how it’s open for play on Sundays. I appreciate the little hang out times that the dogs get so they can rest too! Love the extensive options for extras! Company and staff clearly cares about pets. Making a reservation for a first time pup was a little tricky, but mostly because site was very busy (which I can’t fault them for).
When we checked in the person remembered us from a year ago.
Our French Bulldog, Penny, had an absolutely amazing time staying at the Pooch Hotel. She loved the group playtime, and everyone who works there is so caring. Definitely recommend!
