I love the Pooch Hotel and their staff! They take such good care of my pup and I would highly recommend them to anyone! You guys are the best!

My dog is always so excited when he walks into Pooch Hotel. The staff is attentive and they are all animal lovers. They are responsive to any of my questions or concerns. My dog does both boarding and daycare.

Our dog Luke loves going to the Pooch Hotel and perks up every time we arrive in the morning. He gets so much energy out from a full day that he's tired all night long. Would recommend Pooch Hotel to anyone looking in the Norwalk area.

Nell, our lively golden retriever always rides with excited anticipation every time we come (which has been twice a week for several years) and comes home tired and happy. At drop off, she is always immediately greeted by name, and it is an well appreciated quick transition.

Pooch Hotel Norwalk is the best! They take great care of Zuma, often going out of their way to take care of his idiosyncrasies. The staff is professional, pleasant and caring. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. Zuma has been in daycare there for almost three years and loves it!
