Our experienced staff separate dogs by size and personality to ensure everyone has a great time. And we love giving pups treats and pets. For dogs that do better with more one-on-one attention due to age, health, behavior, personality, etc., we have personal play options as well.

Wonderful! Our dog is a rescue who’s afraid of dogs she doesn’t know — this was NO problem at the Pooch Hotel! She wasn’t required to do the doggie playgroup (many places seem to mandate it now), but the very kind woman I spoke with said that was totally fine, and we got to sign Moppy up for cuddle time with staff (a charge for it but not huge, and so worth it to me). Moppy has stayed there several times and is always happy and in great shape when I pick her up. Huge peace of mind.

Great I got a information of my dog by phone when I asked and also when I picked him up. He was ver happy to saw me.he eat everything . I was very happy
Was great. I called multiple times to check in on my pup, however, and received no answer.
Juno went in yesterday for his SPA. He was so happy to see people he has not seen since COVID hit us. He loves the place. He will there next week for 4 nights and I am sure the care will be fantastic as usual during his stay. AS
