Juno went in yesterday for his SPA. He was so happy to see people he has not seen since COVID hit us. He loves the place. He will there next week for 4 nights and I am sure the care will be fantastic as usual during his stay. AS

Very great place for my dog, I feel she is well cared for, sometimes I cannot afford to bring her, due to limited work and covid. The staff is great, very accomodating

Tedy loves The Pooch Hotel...we haven’t been here for a while due to being out of State but he fell right back into being with friends. He loves loves loves the staff in Newton Ma..he needs to s Kiss them goodbye before allowing me to take him out the door to go home?!
The staff we interacted with were terrific. They really cared about the dogs, including ours. It was absolutely great being able to watch our little guy on the web cams. We did that a lot. We could see the caretakers were nice with all the dogs and were doing their jobs. Our guy came back healthy. he seemed a little sad the first couple of days. (Did he miss playing with other dogs?). But he get chipper again soon. We will definitely use Pooch Hotel again.
